Terms of Service

By using Lazy Patta you agree to play fairly and to treat other players — usually your own family and friends — with respect.

Lazy Patta is provided for entertainment. It is not a gambling service: there is no wagering, no entry fee and no cash prizes. Coins are earned by playing, can only be spent on looks — card backs, table themes, avatars and celebrations — and cannot be bought, exchanged or cashed out. They never affect who wins.

Features and supported games may evolve as we improve the gameplay experience, and private rooms are intended for people you know.

Names and behaviour at the table

Your display name is the one thing other players at your table see, so it is the one thing you can put in front of them. There is no tolerance for offensive, hateful, sexual or harassing names, for names that impersonate Lazy Patta or its staff, and none for abusive behaviour towards other players. Names are filtered automatically when they are chosen, and a name that would be refused today is not shown even if it was set earlier.

Every player at a table can report or block anyone else from the seat list, during a round and after it, and the host can remove a player from their own table. Reports go to a queue a person reads. We may remove a name, refuse an account access to online rooms, or close it outright — without notice where the behaviour warrants it.

You can delete your account, and the data tied to it, at any time from Settings → Account. See our privacy policy for what we store and for how long.
